How to disturb satan's plans during these end times
As we enter the last month of the year, at the wake of the new virus variant named Omicron, it remains important that all remain awake.
The festive seasons are often characterized by resting periods, family gatherings, parties and celebrations all over the world. Though these are great things to enjoy, we should not forget that in these current times, those celebrations may cause many to be distracted from what the enemy will be busy doing while the world rests in festivity.
In Matthew 13:24-28:
‘’Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
“The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’
“‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.’’
The above passage comes from the parable of the weeds which aimed at describing what God will do to separate the weeds from the wheat. However, I wanted to focus on the section running from 24-28 because it shows how the devil operates. The enemy likes to operate when people are sleeping. Those who have been targets of witchcraft will definitely agree with what I will mention: ‘demonic attacks often occur at night during sleep in order to carry its effects in the real world during the day.’
It is the same thing we are experiencing right now: ‘the world is about to go into a global sleepy state through the festive season. The enemy needed such a period to operate, plant seeds (in the form of laws, policies, and regulations) so that when the world wakes up in early January, things would have changed.
A good example reflecting on how much satan uses sleepy distractions to transform the world, is the fact that during the madness period in which the world was distracted by the vaccine issues, one man in America, single handedly bought 242 000 acres of farmland...He did all of this while the world was distracted through the pandemic…
satan and his Babylonian team have noticed that people all over the world were not happy about mandatory policies that accompanied the pandemic. People marched in the streets to voice their discontentment. However, they (satan and his agents) know that during the festive season people are away from offices and from current societal issues to focus on rest. This is the period satan needs to accelerate his plans and it was no coincidence that the omicron variant came during this time of the year.
In general and on average,12 days from now (around 12 or 13 of December) the world will start going on holidays in a ‘sleepy mode’ until early January. During that same period, satan will attempt to accelerate his plans so that we wake up in a different world in January.
But we can mess up his plans (that’s the good news).
This is how we can mess up his plans:
Prayer and fasting:
In Matthew 17:14-21 (Please read in the KJV version), Jesus teaches us that certain persistent demons only go by prayer and fasting. The pandemic we are experiencing is clearly caused with the use of persistent demonic forces. As a proof of their persistence, we are seeing new variants that are finishing all the Greek alphabet letters in labelling context. In response, the world constantly needs new vaccines and new booster shots to tackle these variants…
As you can see, there is a clear demonic persistence. When such occurs, you have to go on prayer and fasting, otherwise, January will welcome you into an unwanted brand new world.
During December and January, there are many good churches that organize fasting and prayer periods. I encourage you to join them.
2.Feed and activate your faith:
In Matthew 17:14-21, when Jesus noticed that His disciples failed to chase the persistent demon, He rebuked them for their unbelief (ref. Verse 20).
The opposite of faith is not fear. The opposite of faith is unbelief.
It is through unbelief that the children of Israel did not enter the promised land (ref. Hebrews 3:19). Because of their unbelief, Jesus' disciples could not expel the persistent demon.
Satan and his agents can only build on our unbelief to thrive in their plans.
Faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). At this point in time, I am convinced that many believers around the world have received instructions from God on what to do. If they decide to live by faith, then they will act on those instructions because faith without action is dead (ref. James 2:18-26).
I am convinced that many believers have received instructions and various callings (in business,politics, sports,culture,science,law and various other fields). Those instructions and callings are designed to advance the light and rebuke darkness in this world. However, if those Christians decide to sleep on the Godly instructions and callings received, then they will contribute to the advancement of darkness.
3. Support the cause of the Kingdom materially
You see my friend, it is easy to support the cause of the Kingdom verbally and with good wishes. It is another thing to do so with your material possessions. More than ever, it becomes crucial that we support the advance of the good news with our money and possessions. The more the Word of God is known, the more faith can increase around the globe and the more light we can have in this world.
Jesus even said: ‘’Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.’’(Luke 6:38).
The Bible also adds: ‘Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing,and your vats will brim over with new wine.’ (Proverbs 3:9-10)
The above two verses offer great strategies to thrive in these perilous times. Notice that Jesus never placed an amount or a percentage to our giving and He clearly said that the measure we use, it will be measured back to us.
It is up to you. The measure of your giving determines what will be given back to you. Many of you have been called for great exploits in these perilous times.Therefore I encourage you to give according to where you want to go.
If God has called you to be a big businessman/businesswoman at national level with the aim of rebuking the satanic darkness coming in your country, then I encourage you to give according to the measure of your mission. Think far in your giving.
There are some rich people who have dangerous enemies and high leveled challenges in their lives but they keep giving peanuts to the cause of the Kingdom. This kind of stinginess should stop.
In these current times,the enemies of the Church are very powerful and financially loaded...You cannot go into the fight arena with the habit of giving peanut measurements to the cause of the Kingdom. Your giving mentality has to change fast. We need Christians in high positions of society.We need Christians who will own banks, retail stores, farms, tech companies...as soon as possible. But we will not get there fast enough by focusing on giving peanuts to the cause of the Kingdom.
This is a matter of urgency because there will be a time where Christians will be restricted from using certain services.
A preacher or a Bible teacher ,who does not care about people’s welfare, will never speak to you about money and giving finances to the Kingdom.
I speak to you about these things because I care.
While many Christians will pit each other over the Biblical teachings on finances, the agents of darkness will be going on a rampage buying everything....
We can disturb the devil’s plan. But it will require that we apply faith.
