Jesus has called you be His Ambassador and a conduit of blessings

If you have been receiving my Bible teachings for over 6 months, and if you have practiced the contents of those messages, by now you should be in a position of maturity and of influence expanding beyond yourself.
In other words, you should be in a position of being a blessing, not only to yourself and to your direct family, but also to several people living around and far from you.

Paul in 2 Corinthians 5:18-20 wrote:

''All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God''

In Genesis 12:1-4, Moses wrote:

The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.

“I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”

And in Galatians 3:7-9, the Apostle Paul wrote:

''Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.''

The Apostle Paul further writes in Galatians 3:29 : '

'If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.''

From the above passages, two things should be remembered:

1. We are Ambassadors of Christ on this Earth.

2. We have inherited the blessings of Abraham through Christ.

An Ambassador is a person mandated to represent his/her country in a foreign land. An Ambassador usually operates from an Embassy. Embassies are usually considered as safe houses that people can attend in view to seek help, protection and updates from their governments. For example, a South African living in China would go to the Embassy of South Africa if he/she needs a form of protection, legal assistance, or an update from the South African government. Citizens living in foreign lands boost their confidence in the fact that they have a representation through their embassies. According to international treaties, Ambassadors enjoy immunities against arrests and can only be arrested if their governments relieve them from their duties.

Since you are an Ambassador, this should apply in your life:

1. People should be able to come to you for reconciliation with God, relief and assistance in understanding the word of God.
2. You cannot be arrested by satan who is the prince of this world.

You also have inherited the promises of Abraham. Therefore, since you belong to Christ, people should be blessed through you. A Christian life lived for oneself is a complete tragedy and an incomplete story. You are not blessed just for yourself, but you are also blessed so that others could also find relief.

It is widely declared that the Earth has 2.4 billions Christians out of 7.5 billions humans. In other words and based on calculations (7.5 billions divided by 2.4 billions), a Current living Christian should be a blessing to at least 3 people (that's the minimum). However, as followers of Christ , I beleive thatwe should bless more than 3 people in our lives.

Here is a thought:

'If you can't be a blessing to a least 3 people in this world, then there is a serious problem in your Christianity.'

Here is another thought to ponder about:

'With 2.4 billions Christians in this world, why do we still have hungry and malnourished children in this world?

Why is it that those who hold some of the greatest influence on this planet are not Christians?

Ok, I know that some of you may bring the following argument: 'Because we are not the majority in this world'.
Fine, let us assume that I go along with the 'majority-minority argument' for fun sake. This would also mean that 1 out of 3 individuals on Earth is a Christian. In other words, a third of every government in this world should be made of Christians. If there is an international forum gathering world's powerful influencers, a third of its participants should be Christians.

But why is not the case? Why is it that the Christians take a backseat to most things and only produce videos on social media to criticize unbelievers holding a powerful influence on them?

There are two main reasons why most Christians have taken a backseat:

1. For some reasons, they have rejected the empowerment that comes with the Gospel. As a result of being disempowered through poverty, foolishness, a powerless Christianity and a little faith, they can only watch the enemy destroy people's lives.

2. Many of them refused to follow the call that God had placed upon them and they chose to live a life according to their own desires. As a result, they are misplaced within society.

Please take note of this:

'When an unjust war breaks out and kills millions of innocents and impoverishes children, it is not only because of the wickedness of the perpetrators, but also because one or a few Christians refused to embrace the calling that could have prevented that war.

'When impoverished and malnourished children are still suffering in this world, it is not only because of the wickedness of the perpetrators, but also because many Christians are reluctant to express generosity and they have refused the Gospel empowerment that would have activated the ability to concretely help.'

We should not limit the 'calling of God' to just being part of the five fold ministries. The calling of God in your life includes anything He wants you to be.

Abraham was not in the five fold ministries, he was a prosperous business man.
Joseph was not a pastor, God called him to rule over Egypt.
Daniel was a Prophet and he was also a politician.
David was a King.
Before the Israelite monarchy, God had established leaders to keep and maintain order within Israel. They were called 'Judges'.

Where are all the Christians that God has called to be lawyers, Judges, politicians, business people, influencers in global forums, diplomats, chefs, sports personalities, artists, humanitarians, soldiers, generals, senators, doctors, journalists, writers, ect.... Where are they?

For all the stubborn people who keep on living according to their own desires, be reminded of this:

'There will be a judgment and you will have to answer for the way you lived'.

Be reminded that a refusal to embrace the calling of God is detrimental to you and to another person who was supposed to receive a blessing through you.

If you really have the love of our Father in you, You will definitely embrace his calling.

Be who God wants you to be.
