'no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD.
The above passage is one of the most popular passages in the church. There are two big lessons to draw from it:
1. The passage acknowledges that weapons will come against us but they will not reach the point where they will prevail. But be careful...
2. That promise is an inheritance to the servants of the Lord. Therefore, many churchgoers or Christians are dominated or being prevailed by the attacks of the enemy because they don't serve God at all.
The Holy Spirit was not dropped in you just for 'goosebumps'. The Holy Spirit comes with gifts, and those gifts have to be used through service towards God and towards humans.
You can only see the manifestation of Isaiah 54:17 if you serve the Lord.
